Tim is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Board Approved Supervisor and a Nationally Certified Counselor. He has over 15 years of clinical experience as a provider, clinical supervisor, director of programs and a leadership team member in various clinical settings across Alaska.

Tim completed his Bachelor’s of Arts in Philosophy and Psychology at St. John’s College in Santa Fe, New Mexico in 2002 and his Master’s of Science in Counseling Psychology at Alaska Pacific University (APU) in 2007. He interned at APU’s Counseling Center, Providence Health and Services, and holds certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Relationship Counseling (The Gottman Method) and is a Trauma-Informed Care provider with training in Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) from the International Trauma Institute.
